WaterStone at Carriage Trails Under Construction

We are pleased to announce the development of WaterStone at Carriage Trails, a luxury apartment community located near the intersection of Interstate 70 and Route 201 in Huber Heights, Ohio. WaterStone at Carriage Trails will offer 192 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with detached garages in the heart of the prestigious master-planned community of Carriage Trails. The development is currently under construction with the first units expected to deliver in late 2016. The upscale apartment community is scheduled to be complete by the end of 2017. Rents start at $911 per month for a 1-bedroom apartment, $1,100 for a 2-bedroom apartment and $1,165 for a 3-bedroom apartment.

“As the only luxury apartment development within the largest master-planned community in North Dayton, WaterStone at Carriage Trails will provide an exclusive lifestyle to residents and will be a unique offering in Huber Heights,” said Charles Rulick, vice president of conventional multifamily development.

Each apartment at WaterStone at Carriage Trails will feature designer wood-style flooring, private balconies and patios and laundry rooms with extra storage. The gourmet kitchens will feature islands, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. With walk-in closets and energy-efficient designs, WaterStone at Carriage Trails delivers a desirable, worry-free lifestyle in a family-friendly environment.

Residents will be able to relax in the community’s heated resort-style saltwater pool or grill burgers in the outdoor grilling area. The 4,500-square-foot clubhouse on the property will feature an open design and will include a cyber café with coffee bar, billiards room, and TV lounge. Residents will be able to stay active in the community’s fitness center, complete with its own yoga room and adjacent yoga lawn. The pet-friendly community will also offer a private dog park for residents’ furry friends and a large recreation lawn with natural wetland grass. Several entertaining areas will also be available for private rental.

Surrounded by lush trees and green spaces, WaterStone at Carriage Trails provides a beautiful landscape close to recreation, schools, and shopping. The community is located in the state-recognized Bethel School District and just minutes from downtown Dayton and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Residents will be able to enjoy nearby amenities such as the Huber Heights YMCA, the Kroger Aquatic Center and Carriage Hill MetroPark, a 900-acre park that includes a working 19th-century farm, trails for horseback riding and hiking and a 14-acre lake for fishing.

“WaterStone at Carriage Trails will combine the best in apartment living with the renowned quality of life that has made Carriage Trails one of the most sought-after residential destinations in southwestern Ohio,” said David Liette, president of residential development for Miller-Valentine Group.

WaterStone at Carriage Trails was designed by architect CR Architecture + Design, landscape architect POD Design, interior designer Mitsch Design and civil engineer American StructurePoint. Miller-Valentine Residential Construction will act as general contractor.
