London Computer Systems (LCS), developer of Rent Manager® property management software and other business-critical technologies, recently moved into their new office building, located within WaterStone Business Park in Deerfield Township.  LCS, which has more than tripled in size since 2008, now occupies a three-story, 78,000-square-foot building, situated on a wooded, 15-acre site overlooking I-71.

The new headquarters brings together the fast-growing LCS team under one roof again—in a high-tech office environment that reflects the company’s product in a building equipped with energy-efficient features designed specifically for the demands of this space. The Class A office building is a striking architectural design featuring exterior balconies, stonework, large overhangs, glass elevations and high ceilings that will bring in natural light. Inside, the large, open office floor plan incorporates upscale lighting features, paneled ceilings, interior glass and polished concrete floors.

When designing the building, LCS set out to create a modern atmosphere that makes an impression as soon as you step through the front door. To help accomplish this, details were incorporated including a nine-monitor, high-definition video display in the lobby that welcomes guests to the facility and shares current company news and updates. Numerous other features—including the three-story open atrium, dedicated Huddle and Design rooms, and expanded data center—help reflect technological enterprise throughout the building. The LCS Timeline, displayed outside the breakroom, also highlights LCS’s technical roots.

The new facility delivers impressive amenities around every corner. The spacious break room provides plenty of seating inside and out on the patio. From either vantage point, employees are able to take in the beautiful waterscape while eating lunch, grabbing a snack, or enjoying a cup of coffee from the fully stocked Cafe Coffee Bar.

Additional building amenities include:

LCS has experienced significant growth from its inception in 1995 in President and CEO Dave Hegemann’s home, and this new headquarters facility provides ample space for the company to continue to grow its business.
