Construction Commences on New Industrial Building in the Lexington County Industrial Park

Miller-Valentine Group is pleased to announce the groundbreaking of a new industrial speculative building, Midway Logistics II, located in the Lexington County Industrial Park; current home to Home Depot, Husqvarna, and Republic National Distributing Company.

The 200,000 SF multi-tenant building is designed to meet the needs of today’s Class “A” distribution tenants. The tilt-up, hard wall facility will provide a clear height of 30’, energy efficient LED lighting, an ESFR sprinkler system, and immediate access to I-77 and I-26.

“Miller-Valentine identified Lexington County Industrial Park as one of the Midlands premier industrial parks,” said Kevin Werner, Partner with Miller-Valentine Group, “providing users with immediate access to the interstate system as well as an outstanding labor force”.
