Whole House Renovation Project at Wright Patterson Air Force Base
Miller-Valentine Construction is pleased to announce a Whole House Renovation Project for The Properties at Wright Field. The improvement initiative will consist of major upgrades to 400 Legacy Homes located at The Prairies at Wright Field community of Wright Patterson Air Force Base.
Miller-Valentine Group assumed property management of these homes in 2002 when the US Air Force selected Wright Patterson AFB as one of the first installations to privatize military housing.
The interior/exterior upgrades to these homes will include all new kitchen and baths, new flooring, lighting, HVAC units, roofing, and windows, just to name a few. To minimize inconvenience to residents, most of the interior home renovations will be completed as houses are vacated; spread over a four year period.
This renovation project will help ensure active duty military families serving our country are provided some of the best accommodations in the area with a convenient location and a multitude of amenities, including:

- Garage(s) at no extra charge
- Pet-friendly community
- Clubhouse for private use
- 41 Playgrounds
- Stocked Fishing Pond

As availability allows, there is a portion of the 1,536 homes that are offered to Base affiliated, non-active duty military and civilians to enjoy many of the same amenities as Active Duty residents.
