Miller-Valentine completed a renovation project for a 100,000 SF At Home location in Dayton, Ohio. At Home is a decor store based out of Dallas, Texas. The existing space, formerly occupied by Elder-Beerman, was renovated into a new, vibrant retail environment.
Building features include:
- Existing construction renovation
- Masonry brick features and exterior store signage
- 88,000 SF of showroom retail area
- 8,000 SF shipping and receiving area
- Fire pump and generator for backup on fire sprinklers and electric
- Loading dock with three loading spaces
- Trash Compactor
- Store sound system/paging system for sales floor
