Mount St. John Novitiate House

This 2-story Novitiate Community House is located on the private campus community of Mount Saint John, a Marianist learning facility located in Beavercreek, OH.  The original Novitiate House, located on the same site, was constructed in the early 20th century and was not energy efficient or conducive to today’s Marianist studies.  The former Novitiate was carefully demolished, salvaging many components for reuse and recycling including bricks, maple flooring, black walnut Chapel door, stained glass, and aluminum windows.

Mount Saint John Novitiate House features include:

  • 16 Private Bedrooms each with a full bath
  • Private Chapel
  • Double-sided fireplace at Community Living Room
  • Chef’s Kitchen
  • Classroom, TV Den, and Exercise Room
  • Offices

This is the second of three projects Miller-Valentine has completed on this campus for the Marianist Community.
