7,700 SF Expansion

Sims-Lohman is the area’s largest distributor of kitchen cabinets and a Marble Institute of America (MIA) accredited fabricator of granite countertops.  The expansion of the existing Sims-Lohman facility allowed the company to stay in business in their current location while construction was underway.  The new addition to the building houses a state-of-the-art showroom.  Miller-Valentine then renovated the former showroom to add office space for their growing staff.
